This machine is widely used in the diffusion film, brightness enhancement film, reflective film, light guide film etc. backlight module of TFT-LED TV, computer, mobile phone LCD with optical micro structure.
This machine adopts ultraviolet nanometer flow transmission, with the function of solidification, microstructure imprint transferring, strong light polymerization curing, and laminating film protection. Imprint thickness is 20 to 500um.
The main technical features of this machine: the machine adopts the automatic control of PLC interface, TDM ultra precision roller coating, the most complete supply chain, non-contact drying tunnel design, assembled to improve the smoothness of membrane surface, nitrogen filling UV curing technology, which makes a perfect combination of coating and substrate, its precision can reach nanometer imprint and high yield, and protective film can be completed by one machine.
This machine can also be used to imprint the local positioning film of Fresnel lens (multi-lens film), which can be applied to the high-grade cigarette, wine and other anti-counterfeiting packaging emerging materials.
